Curriculum

At Encinitas Ballet, students progress through the levels of ballet education at their own pace, allowing each individual to advance according to their unique abilities and readiness. While our program instills discipline and a strong work ethic, it is equally dedicated to embracing and supporting students at every level of their journey. We are committed to creating a safe, positive, and body-positive ballet community that is inclusive of all students, regardless of their background or experience.

As students advance, they not only enhance their technical skills in classical ballet—developing musicality, coordination, stamina, and balance—but also build lasting friendships and positive relationships within our welcoming community.

Our curriculum focuses on teaching the fundamental principles of ballet technique, fostering artistic expression, and nurturing personal growth in a supportive environment. Each student's progress is nurtured according to their age, skill level, and natural abilities, ensuring a holistic approach to both dance education and personal development.

✓From Level 1 to Level 8, our students take center stage in The Nutcracker and our Spring Performance, showcasing their talent and dedication. Every student also participates in our Outreach Program, giving back through community service and volunteer initiatives.

Classical Ballet Training for North San Diego County

Encinitas Ballet Academy welcomes students from throughout coastal and inland North County San Diego. Our Level 1-8 program serves families in:

Encinitas, Leucadia, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Olivenhain, Carlsbad, La Costa, Vista, San Marcos, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Oceanside, Escondido, and nearby North San Diego County communities.
