SWAN LAKE — ENCINITAS BALLET
Encinitas Ballet cordially invites dancers of exceptional dedication and artistry to audition for its distinguished Spring production of Swan Lake (1895) — the timeless classical masterpiece choreographed by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov, with music by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
Auditions are open to Pre Ballet Apprentice, Pre-Professional, and Professional dancers who aspire to perform within the tradition of classical ballet at the highest artistic standard.
In addition, select theatrical roles are available to non-dancers, offering a rare opportunity to appear on stage within an elegant, fully realized classical production and to create enduring artistic memories.
This production celebrates the grandeur, discipline, and poetic beauty of classical ballet, presented in a professional theatrical setting.
